The Worlds most expensive private residence (after Buckingham Palace)

Ward was the Co-Project Manager & Designer for all Low-Voltage systems in this landmark building in Mumbai (Bombay). It is the home of Mukesh Ambani, India’s richest resident. It opened in 2012. Due to Non-Disclosure agreements, few details concerning the project can be revealed. Hidi were the Project Co-directors and are responsible for the design of all Telecommunications, Voice/Data and Wireless systems in the building, but also we acted as coordinators and Project Managers for Audiovisual, Multi-Media, Theatre Mechanical Systems, Security and Building Management System. The building includes a total of 30 levels although the height is equivalent to a 60 story building. The total construction cost is US$1+Billion. Extensive entertainment facilities are provisioned, including a large Ballroom equipped as a Theatre and a Home Theatre with the latest film and video projection technologies, including IMAX 3D. Since visitors to the residence includes Heads of State, security provisions are extensive, without being obvious.
